Talents are upgrades that players can unlock by leveling Iratus. They empower Iratus and his Minions with enhanced abilities.

Overview

Talents generally fall within three categories:

  • Minion Boosts
  • Iratus Boosts
  • Spells (to use during battles)

For every level that Iratus gains in experience, he receives 1 talent point.

  • The first tier of talents in a tree cost 1 talent point
  • Tier 2 abilities cost 2 talent points
  • Tier 3 abilities costs 3 talent points
  • Tier 4 abilities cost 4 talent points

Any ability above tier 1 requires the previous talent to be learned, before the next tier can be bought. Some talents may require separate talents from a different column within the same talent tree, before they can be learned

Advanced Doctorate

Minions restore 100% more Vigor when Iratus uses Distillation.

Experimental Calcination

Category: Iratus Boost

Iratus restores 100% more Mana using Calcination.

Relic Seeker

Cost: 2

Prerequisites: Architecture Buff

Category: Iratus Boost

Increases the chance to receive Artifacts at the end of a battle by 20%.

Surgical Practice

Cost: 2

Prerequisites: Amateur Surgeon

Category: Iratus Boost

Increases the chance to receive uncommon or better parts by 50%.

Luck Potion

Cost: 2

Prerequisites: Experimental Calcination

Category: Minion Boost

Minions receive +6 Luck.

-Does not work on summoned minions.

Gray Matter

Cost: 3

Prerequisites: Relic Seeker

Category: Iratus Boost

Increases the chance of receiving a Brain at the end of a battle by 50%.

Durable Materials

Cost: 3

Prerequisites: Surgical Practice, Advanced Doctorate

Category: Minion Boost

Minions gain +8 Vigor.

-Does not work on summoned minions.

Calcination Mastery

Cost: 3

Prerequisites: Luck Potion

Category: Iratus Boost

Iratus gains +15 Spellpower for 1 battle after using Calcination.

-Doesn't stack.

Dark Enlightenment

Cost: 4

Prerequisites: Surgical Practice, Gray Matter

Category: Iratus Boost

Increases the amount of Wrath that Iratus gains in battle by 50%.

-Does not work on minion abilities.

Scalpel Artist

Cost: 4

Prerequisites: Surgical Practice

Category: Iratus Boost

An additional 1 part will drop after the battle.

Necromancy Power

Cost: 4

Prerequisites: Durable Materials

Category: Iratus Boost for minions

After using Distillation, all minions deal 10% more damage and receive 10% less damage for 1 battle.

Spellpower reduces Mana spent by 1%.

Arcana Antediluvia

Cost: 1

Category: Iratus Boost

Iratus restores an additional 5 Mana after each fight.

Sorrow

Cost: 2

Prerequisites: The Blackest Lodge

Category: Spell

Deals 21 stress damage to the target.

Spellpower increases damage by 1.3%.

Mana 6

Black Incense

Cost: 2

Prerequisites: Haste

Category: Minion Boost

Minions receive +5 Evasion.

-Does not work on summoned minions.

Blood Curse

Cost: 2

Prerequisites: Arcana Antediluvia

Category: Spell

Target enemy loses 25 Luck until the end of battle. If they escape, Iratus receives a Vampire after winning the battle.

-Doesn't stack.

Spellpower reduces Luck by 1.3% from its basic value.

Mana 30

Slake with Darkness

Cost: 3

Prerequisites: Sorrow

Category: Spell

Deals 20 stress damage to all enemies.

Spellpower increases damage dealt by 1.6%.

Prerequisites: Whip, Haste

Category: Spell

Target minion's next attack deals critical damage.

Spellpower reduces Mana spent by 0.6%.

Mana 18

Dispel

Cost: 3

Prerequisites: Black Incense

Category: Spell

Removes all debuffs from minions and all buffs from enemies.

Spellpower reduces Mana spent by 0.6%

Mana 25

Blind

Cost: 4

Prerequisites: Slake with Darkness

Category: Spell

Deals 45 stress damage.

The target loses 20 Accuracy for 2 turns.

Spellpower additionally reduces Accuracy by 2% of its basic value.

Mana 30

Finger of Death

Cost: 4

Prerequisites: Slake with Darkness, Fate

Category: Spell

The target loses 50%(10% for bosses) of its maximum Vigor and Sanity.

-Removes all buffs from the target.

-Target loses all Blocks and Wards.

-Ignores Ward.

Spellpower additionally increases damage dealt by 0.15% (0.03% for bosses.)

Conjure Shadows

Summons a basic Shade, Banshee, or Wraith until the end of battle.

Spellpower reduces Mana spent by 0.4%.

Every time a minion misses with an attack, Iratus gains +3 Wrath.

Drums of War

Category: Minion Boost

At the start of its turn, a minion gains +2 Initiative for 2 turn, if Iratus has at least 25 Wrath.

Advanced Ballistics

Cost: 2

Prerequisites: Amok, Wrath Unchained

Category: Minion Boost

All minions receive +12 Accuracy.

-Does not work on summoned minions.

Rites of Carnage

Cost: 2

Prerequisites: Amok, Blind Fury

Category: Spell

All minions and enemies gain +12 Luck until the end of battle.

Spellpower reduces Mana spent by 0.8%.

Mana 30

Frenzied Howling

Cost: 2

Prerequisites: Drums of War

Category: Minion Boost

At the start of its turn, a minion gains +4 Dread for 1 turn, if Iratus has at least 50 Wrath.

Infectious Lunacy

Cost: 3

Prerequisites: Rites of Carnage

Category: Spell

All minions deal 10% more damage for 3 rounds.

Spellpower additionally improves damage by 0.4%.

Stoke the Flames

Cost: 3

Prerequisites: Rites of Carnage

Category: Spell

All minions receive 10% less damage for 3 rounds.

Spellpower increases damage reduction by 0.2%.

Overwhelming Ire

Battle Eternal

All units recover full Vigor.

Spine Bomb

Iratus sets a trap at the target enemy position.

It explodes in 2 rounds, dealing 50 magic damage to any foe at that position.

Additionally deals 100% physical damage if the target is debuffed.

Spellpower reduces Mana spent by 0.8%.

Mocking Slap

Additionally deals 50% magic damage if the target is on fire.

Indiscriminate Fire

Iratus receives 50 Spellpower if there are 2 or fewer minions left on the battlefield.

Soul Leech

Cost: 3

Prerequisites: Volley of Spears

Category: Spell

Deals 25 physical damage.

-Moves the target to a random position.

Spellpower increases damage dealt by 1.6%

Bone Obelisk

Cost: 4

Prerequisites: Mocking Slap

Category: Spell

Deals 48 magic damage.

-Stuns the target for 1 turn.

Spellpower increases damage dealt by 2%.

Mana 50

Skullfall

Cost: 4

Prerequisites: Mocking Slap

Category: Spell

Deals 24 magic damage to all enemies.

Sets them on fire for 3 turns, dealing 12 damage per turn.

Spellpower improves the Ignition effect by 2%.

Deals 50 physical damage.

Target receives 35% more damage for 2 turns.
