Minions can be equipped with various items to increase their combat effectiveness. Among the universal items, there are unique items that can only be worn by a specific minion. Every minion has their own unique item. Once equipped, items can not be removed and saved for later use and will be lost permanently if replaced by another item. Minions can equip 2 items at the same time. Note that they cannot equip 2 items with the same name.

Acquiring Items

Some universal items can be crafted from 3 common Parts using Alchemy in Chamber of Iratus. Due to early availability and the ease of crafting, these items will not drop as loots or be found in any way. They offer very minor bonuses and will be soon replaced by items that are found later. Note that the quality of Parts does not affect the items.

The main ways to obtain other items are through interacting with Ancient Coffin, Cultists and Sacrificial Altar which can be found on the map. Ancient Coffin generates 3 random universal items and let the player pick one from those, while Cultists offer up to 4 unique minion items (one of these items has a chance to be replaced with a consumable Artifact). Using a Sacrificial Altar will yield a random item.

A random item also has a very small chance to be obtained after winning a battle. The chance is higher for boss battles.
