The Artifact tab (accessible in Chamber of Iratus) shows acquired Artifacts

Artifact Interface

Iratus can wear up to 5 Artifacts when entering battle. Four of the Artifacts are permanent and can be used across numerous fights while the fifth slot is for Consumable Artifacts meaning they are one use and destroyed during the battle. There are 5 available Artifact slots: Armor, Ring, Amulet, Weapon, and Consumable. Unlike minion items, Artifacts can be equipped and unequipped at will without losing them.

A random Artifacts can be given to the player at the beginning of the game on Cake Walk and More Pain! difficulties. Artifacts with higher quality are more likely to appear as the game progresses.

Note: Some values on Artifacts change depending on the difficulty setting.

Artifacts marked with * have a chance to be readily available at the start of a playthrough.
